Health care profession enhances quality of life of millions of people . This profession consists of experts of medical sector from different fields.
In this modern world educating people on do’s and dont’s of body health is a major concern. People should know the effects of food consumed to the body. For example, the daily consumed onion contains patches of black spores (i.e. Aspergillus spores) around it. If this is consumed without washing, then there is a chance of lung infection due to fungal spores. So, there is a need for people to get educated on health concepts and a trained professional to educate them. There are different branches for which we need an expert professional to handle patients alongside the doctors.
Nowadays there are new courses made available for student who want to pursue their career in Health Care profession. One such field is Paramedical Science. A career which has been emerging as one of the important medical science field with different specialization streams that train and transform an individual student to be a skilled health care worker. Paramedics are specialized trained professionals who help doctors to facilitate for better diagnosis , treatment and therapy. Paramedic staff play a vital role in saving life of a person requiring medical attention.
Doctors being front line workers play the most important role , the paramedics act as a backbone to the doctors. For example, lab technicians play a crucial role in treating patient indirectly i.e. a doctor prescribes medicines or takes decision based on lab report provided by the technician. If any error happens in analyzing sample the patient is at risk. So it is the duty of paramedics to be an expert in their chosen field with adequate skills and knowledge .
Since the profession is growing , there has been ample employment opportunity created over the years especially during the pandemics . Paramedical courses are made available for students through certification course, diploma course, and bachelor’s degree. Students must make a right choice in choosing desired career and also a step to become a part of light in patients’ life.
There are three levels at which Paramedical courses are available to candidates.

Aspirants have a lower inclination towards certificate courses as compared to others due to the low job security that it provides. The scope of paramedical sector
The scope of the paramedical sector in today’s world is Colossal, as there are plenty of jobs available in the public as well as the private sector. The Healthcare industry is considered to be one of the fastest-growing industries and has a wide scope. Moreover, there is a great need to improve the health sector, something we all learned the hard way because of the unforeseen pandemic situation. The world has come face to face with the ground reality of their own health care infrastructure and the requisites to bridge the gap between availability and the need for skilled and qualified paramedics who can aid specialists in hectic schedules.
